Because each order is uniquely made based on your specifications, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds or Returns
Our products are fully customized—from the design to the size, colors, branding, and materials. This means:
Your order is made just for you and cannot be resold.
Once printed and produced, custom items cannot be reused or resold to another customer.
Order Approval Responsibility
Before production starts, we provide digital proofs and/or confirmations for your review. It is your responsibility to carefully check:
Spelling and grammar
Colors and layout
Box dimensions and quantity
Once you approve the proof, we proceed to print and manufacture the custom boxes exactly as approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer returns, if your order arrives damaged or contains a production error, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We may request photos and details to assess the issue. If verified as a production mistake on our part, we will reprint and reship the affected items at no cost to you.
