Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving digital proofs before production begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.

Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product contains a manufacturing defect
• The delivered item differs significantly from the approved design

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.

Approved refunds may be processed as:

• Partial refund
• Full refund
• Free replacement order

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

• Minor color variations
• Customer spelling/design mistakes approved before printing
• Delays caused by courier services
• Change of mind after production
